The SCHILLER Thrombolysis Software (SCHILLER STP) is a software program designed to aid the physician’s decision-making process in the pre-hospital and emergency department setting by using medication, patient age, gender and ECG features to provide the predicted probability of acute cardiac ischemia or acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The SCHILLER STP software package enhances the computer-assisted ECG analysis capabilities as a software option in the , and ECG recording devices.
The information used to calculate the predicted probability of acute cardiac ischemia is available for real-time in the emergency department and as retrospective review to aid quality assurance.
Clinical studies at the Thorax Center of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (Prof. Simoons), have proven the benefits of this tool.
